Plans & limits

How your plan governs product limits, stream limits, and minimum auto-sync intervals.

Your plan governs how many feeds you can run, how many products each feed can hold, and how often channels can auto-sync. See pricing for current plan details and limits.

What your plan controls

  • Feed streams — the number of feeds you can create. Creating another feed once you're at your limit prompts an upgrade.
  • Products per feed — the maximum number of products a single feed can hold.
  • Minimum auto-sync interval — the shortest sync frequency you're allowed to schedule. See sync schedules & frequency.
  • Automatic syncing — whether scheduled syncs run at all, versus manual-only.

Hitting a limit

Limits are enforced at the point of action — for example, trying to create a feed beyond your stream limit, or setting a schedule tighter than your plan's minimum interval, returns a clear message telling you the limit and pointing you to upgrade. You can manage your plan and billing from the Billing page.
