Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Product Feed Master (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. The Service
Product Feed Master is a product feed management platform that lets you import product catalog data from connected sources, transform it, and synchronize it to output channels you configure. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we work to give notice of material changes where practical.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with different limits (feed streams, products per stream, and sync frequency), as described on our pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through the billing portal. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle as handled by Stripe.
- If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may downgrade your account to the free plan and its limits.
- We may change plan pricing or limits with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
5. Refunds and withdrawal
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Consumers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights; to exercise them, contact us through our contact page.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the product data, credentials, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service — for example, sending your product feed to the channels you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit and that it complies with the policies of the channels you distribute it to.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes, including distributing deceptive product listings.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as intended through your own merchant accounts.
- Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or circumvent plan limits.
8. Third-party services
The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Google, Shopify, and marketplaces) at your direction. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, policies, or how they handle the data you send to them.
9. Availability and disclaimer
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that syncs will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accepted by every destination channel.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Feed Master will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or USD 100 if you are on the free plan).
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, and where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 8, 9, and 11) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Contact and legal entity
