Google feed to ChatGPT feed: what changes
OpenAI's product feed uses its own field names and formats, listed in its product feed reference. The converter applies these changes to every product:

What does the converter change?
It renames the fields to OpenAI's names (id to item_id, link to url, image_link to image_url, item_group_id to group_id, product_type to product_category), writes prices as an amount and currency code such as 79.99 USD, strips HTML from descriptions, changes preorder to pre_order, and adds your store name as seller_name on every row.
How do I deliver the file to OpenAI?
OpenAI receives product feeds by SFTP upload rather than fetching a URL. Its upload guide lists Parquet, jsonl.gz, csv.gz and tsv.gz, with a full snapshot at least daily under the same file name. This tool gives you the CSV and a gzip-compressed CSV; follow OpenAI's guide for the upload itself.
Which source files can I convert?
Delimited text (CSV, or Google's tab-separated .txt and .tsv), XML in RSS 2.0 or Atom with the Google g: namespace, and JSON. Files and URLs can be up to 25 MB, and the first 50,000 products are converted. Columns are matched by name, including common Shopify and WooCommerce export headers.
What happens to my feed?
The converted files are kept at a private link for 24 hours so you can download them, then deleted. The link is not listed anywhere and only works for someone who has it.
Why does my feed still show problems after converting?
Conversion renames and reformats fields; it cannot invent data that is not in your feed. Missing images, brands or product page URLs are reported with how to fix them in your store.
