Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one feed stream with up to 500 products and automatic syncs once per day - no credit card required. You can also trigger a manual sync whenever you need one.
What counts as a feed stream?
A feed stream is one product feed managed in Product Feed Master, with its own input sources, transformations, and output channels. Your plan determines how many streams you can run and how many products each stream can hold.
How often do my feeds sync?
Automatic sync frequency depends on your plan: once per day on Free, hourly on Starter, every 15 minutes on Growth, and as often as every 5 minutes on Business. Manual syncs are available on every plan at any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing portal. Plan changes are handled by Stripe and take effect according to your billing cycle.
How is payment handled?
Paid plans are billed through Stripe Checkout. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe - we never see or store them.
What happens if I reach my plan limits?
Your existing feeds keep working. When you hit the limit on streams or products per stream, you will be prompted to upgrade before adding more - nothing is deleted.
