Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Product Feed Master ("we", "us", "our") provides a product feed management platform that lets merchants import, transform, and synchronize product catalog data across sales and advertising channels (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. When you register — directly or via Google sign-in — we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Product feed data. The catalog data you connect to the Service (product titles, descriptions, prices, inventory, images URLs, and similar attributes) is processed and stored so we can build and sync your feeds.
- Connection credentials. API keys, tokens, and endpoint details you provide for your input and output channels are stored securely and used only to run the syncs you configure.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we retain only the subscription status and plan metadata Stripe shares with us.
- Usage and log data. We collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, sync activity) to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session management, and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running the feed syncs you configure.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
- To respond to support requests and communicate service-related updates.
- To monitor, debug, and improve performance and reliability.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your product feed data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
4. Google user data
If you sign in with Google or connect Google services (such as Google Sheets or Google Merchant Center), our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access the data needed to provide the features you enable, and we never transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features.
5. Third-party processors
We share data with a small number of service providers strictly to operate the Service:
- Google — sign-in (OAuth) and the Google integrations you connect.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run and store the Service.
In addition, when you configure an output channel (for example a marketplace or advertising platform), your product feed data is transmitted to that channel at your direction.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your account and feed data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we will delete your personal information and product feed data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You can request deletion at any time through your profile or our contact page.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.
